  • One Potato, Two Potato, Three Potato, Four...Five Potato, Six Potato, Seven Potato, More

    Fri 25 Oct 2019
P2 were delighted to be able to harvest their own potatoes which were planted during the month of March last year. They then washed and cooked the potatoes but of course the best part was being able to taste them with melted butter on top!!
  • It's Time to Rest

    Fri 25 Oct 2019

Both pupils and staff have worked hard since starting back at the end of August and now the half-term holidays have arrived. We hope all have a fun, safe and restful week off. Remember that school recommences on Monday 4th November - time to learn more and yes Nativity preparations will have to begin!

And just to remind you...don't forget to put your clocks back 1 hour on Saturday 27th October. That means an extra hour in bed!!

  • P5 Investiagte Bugs

    Tue 01 Oct 2019

P5 have been learning lots about all the different types of bugs. They have research information and wrote about bugs, as well as doing marvellous minibeast artwork. However, the highlight has been going to Mount Stewart to find living bugs! When at Mount Stewart they went on a minibeast hunt, did pond dipping and got to make their own imaginary minibeasts out of natural materials from the forest.
